Counter men are rude the mangers are not any better than the counter men. they sell you the wrong parts,and don't care. Customer service is joke leave you on hold for 10-20 min with no service, and then end up with wrong part or don't have it after they say they do. I've been shopping there for 25 years and never had such bad service until the last 2 years, and don't ever plan on going back, and telling everyone I know about the problems,and the way I was treated!
